What information do I need to supply?
In order to provide you with quotes or advice we need to know certain personal details – for example your date of birth, smoking status etc. Depending on the actual advice that you ask us to provide we may need to collect further information – for example your income, assts, liabilities etc. If you are not comfortable providing any of this information please contact us, and we can discuss possible alternatives.

How does Inform protect this information?
Any information that we gather is protected using SSL 128 bit encryption. Within Inform your personal information is rigorously protected, and only authorised people (like your adviser for example) are able to view the information you provide.

Accessing and changing your personal information
You have access to any of the information we store about you (to access this please call, email, or write), and if you would like information deleted please let us know (though please keep in mind that we are obliged by law to maintain records of the advice that we give).

Clients and other people who have requested it receive Inform’s newsletter (of course it’s simple to remove yourself from the newsletter if you choose to). Also we contact our clients from time to time with policy information or news that we believe is important or relevant.
