Inform began life in Wellington in 2001 with one simple aim: to help New Zealanders better manage life’s unexpected twists and turns.

We’re proud to be a 100% independently owned NZ business (we work for our clients - we’re not owned or controlled by any insurance company).

Our aim is to help kiwis better manage life’s twists and turns, but it’s how we’re doing this that sets us apart. We offer online ease, combined with the reassurance of expert advice – so you get all of the convenience without sacrificing any of the confidence.

The other thing that you’ll notice is clarity. We’re an open book, and transparency is a way of life at Inform. An example of this is 'My Inform' which is our client log-in area. It's easy for our clients to access details about their insurance. We even store records of any advice we’ve given in the same place – so clients have a living record of all of the advice and information we’ve provided.
